My stay was a mix of positives and negatives. The room service was quick and great, but there was still some hair in the tub, and the room had a loud, rattling sound. On the bright side, the room was nice and clean.
The hotel had a convenient location near Richmond Airport and close to various dining options. While the rooms were a bit small and had some noise issues, the service was helpful and friendly. The dining experience was satisfactory, and the facilities met expectations.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The rooms were nice and modern, but there was a very loud rattling/buzzing sound that was quite disturbing. On top of that, there were reports of bed bugs which was a major downside. The service was generally very accommodating and friendly, however, being woken up multiple times for room cleaning was bothersome. The location was good, especially for those needing easy access to the airport, but cleanliness issues were a concern. The dining experience was enjoyable for the most part, but some found it to be a bit pricey. Despite the drawbacks, the facilities offered were decent and acceptable.
